At the heart of Daisy Day is a beautiful truth: Jesus loves all His people deeply and unconditionally. Every person is created by God, has unique value and purpose, and deserves to be treated with dignity, kindness and love. Our Avodah members are not defined by their disabilities. They are people with beautiful personalities, incredible abilities, dreams, talents and so much love to give. They are worthy of being seen, valued and included. They are worthy to belong.
We invite you to stand with us and help spread this message throughout our community.
How you can support Daisy Day:
- Display a Daisy Day poster at your business/church/school from now until 4 September.
- Wear a FREE Daisy Day sticker on Friday, 4 September only.
- Share the Awareness Video in your employees’ WhatsApp group so that everyone can see it.
- Wear something yellow to show your support.
- Take a photo of your team celebrating Daisy Day.
- Post the photo on social media and tag Ma’s vir Wellington, so that we can celebrate your support too!
